Auction Brochures
Our award winning, full colored auction brochures are very effective in marketing the auction. We take pride in our photography and usually try to incorporate a theme with what we are selling in order to enhance the property. The brochures are custom designed in color and size to catch the attention of potential customers and then are distributed and mailed to a targeted clientele.
Auction Newspaper Advertising
We are very proud of our newspaper advertising layouts and designs.
Depending on the type of auction we are handling and the budget, this type of marketing plan usually includes the notice ad (usually three to four weeks prior to sale day) which gives prospects an introduction to when, where, how, and what will be offered at auction.
This not only begins the promotion of the property it also affords the potential buyers ample time to contact or visit lending institutions to be pre-approved for purchase.
Next there is a middle of the week ad usually on a Tuesday to keep the readers further informed of what is selling. We then advertise the larger, more detailed ad (usually twice) which provides all the information about the sale.
Lastly is the important reminder ad which usually will precede two days before the auction. Whether in black/white or color, our newspaper ads grab the attention of readers and usually produces most of the auctions registered bidders/buyers on sale day.
Auction Signage
Our colorful and large auction signs get the attention of traffic and directs them to the sale site.
The first sign is placed on the property two/three weeks prior to the auction and simply states that our auction is upcoming.
The informational signs are placed both at the site and around the area two/three weeks prior to auction.
We utilize sign technique. Very few auction firms use reminder style "Just Ahead" and "This Saturday" which are placed on Monday prior to Saturday sales.
If tract signs are needed, the numbers are always bold and large so they are easy to read from the road.
Next we place a number of "TODAY" signs (depending on the location from main
highways).
Finally, we use auction information and directional signs for the day of sale on the property such as "Bidder Registration Here" or "Beautiful Lake Overlook" to make sure bidders are well informed and also to provide visual guidance through the property. |
